Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that renting and using interactive amusement games, inflatable units, and other amusement equipment involves known and unanticipated risks to me, my guests, and my invitees. I agree to reimburse Buckeye Rentals AZ for reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in defending against any such claim, demand, action, or cause of action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law and Severability

Any legal action arising out of this agreement shall be brought in the State of Arizona, subject to applicable jurisdiction and venue requirements. Arizona law shall govern this agreement, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

Insurance and Responsibility for Damages

I acknowledge that I have adequate homeowner's insurance, renter's insurance, or other liability insurance to cover bodily injury or property damage that may occur to me, my guests, or my invitees as a result of using the rented equipment.
